Cymatics: The study of visible sound and vibration.

DampingAny effect that tends to reduce the amplitude of oscillations in an oscillatory system, particularly the harmonic oscillator.

Fractal: A rough or fragmented geometric shape that can be split into parts, each of which is (at least approximately) a reduced-size copy of the whole, a property called self-similarity.

Frequency: Speed of vibration in any medium, measured in cycles per second or Hertz.

Fibbonaci Spiral:The Fibonacci Spiral is a geometric spiral whose growth is regulated by the Fibonacci Series. Its sudden, almost exponential growth parallels the rapid growth of the series itself.

Golden Ratio: The division of a given unit of length into two parts such that the ratio of the shorter to the longer equals the ratio of the longer part to the whole or, when a line is divided such that the ratio of the longer part of the line to the whole is exactly the same ratio as the shorter part of the line is to the longer part.

Harmonics: Waves that emerge naturally on a standing wave in any medium, always at frequencies that are whole number multiples of the prime resonant frequency.

Hyper Communication: Networked intelligence that allows for energetic communication of information amongst all sentient beings though the portions of DNA which are not used for protein synthesis.

Interval: The distance measured in frequency differential between two tones. Intervals can be described as numerical ratios, such as a 2:1 octave or 3:2 perfect fifth.

Lattice: The scientific name for what is popularly known as the holographic universe, zero-point lattice, the field, the divine matrix, crystallized space, quintessence or just ‘the aether.’

Octave: In music, its the interval between one musical pitch and another with half or double its frequency. Using notes, this would be the same note up or down 12 semi-tones on the chromatic scale.

Resonance: The process of wave reflection inside any containing medium that produce harmonic standing wave interference patterns.

Standing Wave: As waves reflect in a container, the prime resonant frequency reflects back on itself (adding and subtracting in opposition) to create a stationary oscillating wave pattern.

Sacred Geometry: Sacred geometry involves sacred universal patterns used in the design of everything in our reality, most often seen in sacred architecture and sacred art. The basic belief is that geometry and mathematical ratios, harmonics and proportion are also found in music, light, cosmology.

Tritone: A musical interval that spans three whole tones. The tritone is the same as an augmented fourth, which in 12-tone equal temperament is enharmonic to a diminished fifth. It is often used as the main interval of dissonance in Western harmony, and is important in the study of musical harmony.
