Life is Never What You Think It Is!

Sherry Anshara

There has never been a truer statement than… “Life is never what you think it is!”

Part of the problem is that thinking is such a limited view of life. You are taught to think, think, think! It is a wonder why so many people have headaches. Thinking is more times than not, too much for the brain. Besides your brain is just a computer. A wonderful computer, but nonetheless it is a computer. From the scientist point of view, your brain is now upgraded to 10%. Over 25 years ago, it was estimated that you used only 5% of your brain. For sure you have upgraded, but what does it all mean when it comes to thinking?

Maybe you should be asking the question, if you are only using 10% of your brain, is there another way to focus outside of only using your brain. Believe it or not…there is another way. It is called Cellular Memory. Your body is full of information. You have your past, present and future stored in your cells. When you learn to access this information, you will be pleasantly surprised how effective you will be in healing your emotional issues, using the information in very productive ways to see the “whys” of why you did something a certain way and you can change the non-productive behaviors without “thinking” your Self to death!

The cells in your body don’t have to labor at thinking like your brain does. The cells in your body store all your experiences, all your emotional issues, plus all your dreams and aspirations. Your body is a walking talking history record of all that you have accomplished, whether you see your life as an accomplishment or not. Your body doesn’t judge you. Your body just records all your events.

Your brain judges you! Your brain does it because it runs the old tapes, the old fears, and your brain is the trigger mechanism that activates your emotional past issues. How does it do it? Your brain does it by you thinking too much. You start running the same messages through your computer. When the messages are not productive or positive, the body’s physical and emotional well being is affected. What you “think” is what you get! Negative thinking produces negative affects in your life.

Is it worth it to think too much? Over thinking and over analyzing can contribute to doing nothing! It can be a catch 22 for you! Over thinking can cause paralyses. Your creativity gets blocked. There is no flow from the Universe when you stay too much in your head. It is difficult to be inspired when your head is full of non-productive thoughts!

Too much “stinking thinking” blocks your best asset, your intuition! Your intuition is your practical gut feeling. It is your best guide. It is the best talent your body has to offer you. Too much “head stuff” will get in your way to do new things in life, to dare to be bold and to see beyond the limited vision of too much thinking!

When you get out of your head, you become more creative in your life’s process. When you stop thinking so much, life becomes much easier. You stop being so emotional and become less stressed. You become more in charge of your life!

Give it a try, when a negative thought comes into your head, shut down the computer and open your heart to your intuition. Try it, you might like it! You might like the changes you begin to create!
