Notes From Within

By Carrie-Anne D'Angelo

The sounds of life ripple across the seas of love. One by one each drop becomes whole moving in a beautiful rhythmic pattern. The sun glistens across its surface lighting the way. Immerse yourself in its creation as it supports your every step.

We are channels from beyond time and space sharing a gift with humanity. This place found within, a sound, a frequency that opens the door to many worlds. It's the essence of creation in its purest form. Its structure melds with its environment

Quote of the Day
You give but little when you give of your possessions. It is when you give of yourself that you truly give.
~Kahlil Gibran~
For so many this marks a period in time fraught with immense transition manifesting through every challenge imaginable. Humanity is being forced to see the changes necessary for our spiritual evolution. We are no longer able to live passive unfulfilled lives, denying the very things that we have once chosen to suppress and ignore. At our core level, we are being asked to wakeup and see beyond the illusion. This process is not always one of ease.

Everything we once knew is being shake

Ask Question
Q:I am considering a change in religion from Christianity to Taoism, Is this the right move? Will it attract a bad response from family and friends? Please help I am torn because I not sure if I know enough about it. Will I regret it? Is there a Taoist that can answer this? I would prefer that. Please get back ASAP.
I:
It comes down to personal principles and beliefs. You can ask a Taoist if a switch is right and you will get one of two answers: They will either tell you that it comes down to what feels right to you, or they will tell you that Taoism is right for you. At the same time, a Christian will likely ask you what feels right to you, or tell you leaving Christianity is the wrong move. We all have our personal beliefs, the things that feel right to us in the moment. This is key. No reasonable person is going to tell you that once you choose one over the other that it is beyond reason to switch back... or for that matter take parts of each and make your own all together. It is almost a guarantee that you will get a bad response from someone that disagrees with your beliefs. That's OK. In the end those whom truly love us will still love us. Those who don't will judge us. You should most certainly research more about Taoism. Then when you have researched enough on that dogma, choose another one and research that one, too. Knowledge gives us the power to decide what is right in our own minds. There is nothing wrong with Christianity. What you have to decide is if Christianity makes sense to you and if it resonates with you. If not, then open the door to other possibilities. It doesn't mean you have to shut a door to open another. Give yourself the ability to see all perspectives and in doing so you will be surprised just how different things may look from the way they once had to you. You simply have to realize that this life, this experience is yours to have. And, that person that may judge you... that is their experience to have if they so choose. The brave are those who question all beliefs in the face of being judged and at the same time, judge not those who have beliefs different from your own.
