Affirmations are statements and/or visualizations of acceptance that one uses to manifest their destiny. When one performs affirmations, he or she is in effect declaring out to the universe a statement or command.

There is no right or wrong way to exercise affirmations. It is the pure intent that is important, it is the knowingness that you are a conscious creator. You create your reality with every thought and declaration. You have the ability to shift your reality according to your thoughts and state of mind.
