It's been over a year now since my book 'Rediscovering Your Divine Music' was first published. I am truly delighted with the warm response I have received from the many readers around the world who have turned its pages. As with Token Rock, the purpose for writing and releasing the material was to subjectively introduce concepts of the spiritual realm to a broader, mainstream audience that may have had limited exposure to such philosophical pondering. My desire was, and continues to be, to manifest a widespread shift, an awakening if you will, to a consciously responsible, more caring, considerate, and compassionate humanity. I believe tha...

Instead of making predictions for the coming year, this time around I thought I'd try something different and share my twelve favorite paintings of mine, along with a bit of commentary, from 2012.

In certain ways, these paintings may actually illuminate the general tenor of what's in store for us in 2013 ... and beyond.

They also tell a story of my shifting focus as an artist—as well as the shifting focus of many people throughout the world—to matters more spiritual than physical in nature.

And, yes, I'm aware of the inherent pitfalls, the potential pretentiousness, of writin...

Learning not to pass judgement isn't taught by academia. Rather, it comes with wisdom, and wisdom is only gained through experiences that cause one to reflect upon their own lives. Wisdom comes from going through trials in our own lives and seeing that we, too, conduct ourselves at times in ways that, looking back, might not have been with the best of intent. Our beliefs evolve over time. No one is on the same path as we are. Yet, at times we can see similarities in places someone else currently walks to where we may have stepped along our own path.

At times, we think because someone is in a place in life we may have been once in our lives, that we have ...

In a recent discussion I was asked a few questions regarding my thoughts on prayer. This is a great topic to address as we all come together with different spiritual traditions and beliefs. The idea and practice of prayer has changed drastically from what many have once known it to be (Christian Prayer), as well as its application in our daily lives.Whether we practice independently or within a group, prayer offers the opportunity to celebrate, unite, give thanks, ask for assistance and/or forgiveness. No matter how it's experienced or what rituals people partake it shares a common thread. It is humanities connection to something great and powerful whether it's directed towards another force or within ourselves. It's our lifeline to Source.

This is the time of the Blue Kachina, an indigo star that separates wheat from chaff, while we come face to face with our shadow. Close your eyes and watch the burning filaments of the day incandesce like webs shaking faster in the wind. That's the frequency increase singeing your neurons until your DNA dissolves into caterpillar soup and recombines as a butterfly....

A dream is all we have to guide us in our decisions. A memory, like a deja vu, as if to instill some assurance that we know the way…that we have been down this road before. Yet, my travels have proven to me that, though there is no 'wrong way' in our choices, we navigate by an inner heart feeling…a sensation in the moment swaying us in one direction or another with no assurance. I've found that what we sometimes feel in the heart is numbed by confusion, lack of passion, discord, even desperation and we make but a guess as to what may bring us happiness. I've found myself sitting at a 'T' in the road, at times, looking out the side windows at choices d...

Someone close to me recently called me a peaceful warrior. Truth be told, I am a crusader for love and peace. I don't believe in brutality. I don't subscribe to dictatorship. I don't participate in forceful control over another. I believe in encouragement. I believe in leading by example. I believe we MUST…. absolutely MUST stand solid and strong in the face of the harsh winds of adversity. We must be the equal and opposite reaction to such mechanisms of the ego.

So, as an advocate for love, I strive to uncover it wherever it may be waiting to be discovered. This creates a challenge at times. It seems as though we leave parts of ourselves with all those we touch an...
